No one understands the serious situation on that Port Joli stretch of highway more than emergency crews who are called to the scene every time an accident happens on those dangerous corners and hills. Thanks to Chief Steven Parnell of the Liverpool Fire Department for the following pictures which include three of these mishaps - a red tractor trailer near the Queens/Shelburne border, a white half-ton truck just past the St. Catherine’s River Road, and a white tractor trailer on the Robertson’s Lake corner.
